The coral reef which forms the northern edge of the caye is guaranteed to take your breath away. Shallow waters, ideal for snorkeling, are home to absolutely pristine coral growths and rich in sea life such as snappers, groupers, lobsters, conch and many more species.

Immediately next to the corals, the sea floor drops off to 60ft/20m. There, larger species thrive and are waiting for the fishing enthusiast. This layout also provides the opportunity for multiple docks and deep-water anchorage.

The caye itself is also astonishingly beautiful, with its primordial mangrove jungle, beautiful coves, entertaining wildlife and secluded location.

This is a virgin caye which, in Belize, means that it is mostly mangrove wetlands.  We will be happy to assist you with advice about development and conservation issues.
